This two-day event introduces educators to FIDS and encourages its implementation in schools. Throughout the event, various pedagogical innovations are showcased for each stage. They start to familiarize with La Nube.
Teachers undergo either in-person or virtual 16-hour training sessions, culminating in the development of a plan to implement the framework in their classrooms or schools. They utilize the 7 modules in La Nube to follow a structured process, uploading their experiences at each FIDS stage.
Additionally, there are four collective virtual coaching meetings (one per stage), with the option to schedule additional 30-minute one-on-one sessions if needed. These sessions aim to foster the creation and consolidation of a teacher community.
Upon completing the implementation phase, educators have the opportunity to apply for the GOAT Awards, which offer seed capital for their initiatives.
