In 2014, Cheung Chi Ka, Liu Nam ren and their friends from Guangzhou Children's Palace School, wanted to encourage people to take the stairs instead of the elevators so that the needy and disabled can avail the elevator instead. To do this, the students painted the stairway walls in bright colours with an underwater scene.
