Teachers, parents! You can empower youth leadership in your classrooms and homes by following these simple steps:
- Download the free 1 week toolkit.
- Identify your group/s. (your learners, children)
- Schedule a time to use the toolkit with your group. We suggest 5 consecutive days.
- Empower your learners/children to take action on the issue they identify with their idea for change. Take photos and videos of each step. We suggest making a 2 - 3min video following the format of submitted stories.
- Write up their story and submit it on the challenge platform. Click on SUBMIT YOUR STORY on the top right corner.
- Entries received by September 30 are entered into the 2023 I CAN challenge and stand a chance to be selected as the winning story and country representative at the Be The Change Celebration. Entries received after September 30, 2023 are entered into the 2024 I CAN Challenge
